What Happens in a Session?

Every session begins with a conversation — a full look at your medical history, what's brought you in, and what you're hoping to achieve. From there, I draw on whichever combination of kinesiology, Angelic Reiki, Master Energy Colour Healing, or crystal healing your body responds to best on that day.

How Often Should I Have a Session?

This varies from person to person. Most clients find monthly sessions work well, while others prefer a course of three to six sessions to work through something specific.

Are These Therapies Safe?

Yes — kinesiology, Angelic Reiki, Master Energy Colour Healing, and crystal healing are all safe, gentle, and non-invasive therapies that work in support of the body's natural healing processes.

Do I Need to Attend in Person?

Not at all. All sessions are available in person or via distance healing. Distance healing works by channelling energy remotely, and many clients find it just as powerful as being physically present. Sessions can be conducted by phone or Zoom.

Are These Therapies a Form of Medical Treatment?

These are complementary therapies and do not diagnose or treat named medical conditions. They work alongside conventional medicine by supporting the body's own healing abilities. Always continue to follow advice from your GP or medical practitioner.
