How Our Healing Supports You
♦ In-Person & Distance Healing Sessions ♦
Michelle offers in-person sessions for clients in Berkshire and the surrounding area, as well as distance healing sessions available wherever you are. Whether you prefer to visit in person or receive healing from the comfort of your own home, the experience is equally supportive — sessions can be held face-to-face locally, or conducted via phone or video call at a time that suits you, wherever you're based.
Open Minded
I believe everyone is individual, and I approach each person's body and circumstances with that in mind. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, my sessions explore the wider picture — emotional, nutritional, structural, and energetic — that may be contributing to how you feel.A Holistic Approach
I believe holistic healing has a valuable role to play alongside conventional healthcare, offering complementary support that looks beyond symptoms to the wider factors that may be affecting your wellbeing.Stress Release
Together, we'll work to help release stress held in your system, supporting your overall health and wellbeing. In my sessions, I draw on these four modalities as needed — sometimes just one, sometimes a combination — depending on what feels right for you on the day.

Every session starts with a conversation about how you're feeling and what you'd like support with. From there, the approach depends on the therapy — some involve gentle hands-on or hands-off techniques, others use muscle testing to identify areas of imbalance. Sessions typically last around an hour and end with a discussion of anything you can do at home to support the work.

This varies from person to person, but most clients settle into a monthly rhythm. If more frequent support is helpful — for example when we're first getting started, or if you're going through something that feels harder to manage right now — sessions can be booked more often, then space back out to monthly once things have stabilised. A shorter 30-minute top-up session is also available for anyone short on time or wanting a quick check-in between full sessions.

Yes — these are gentle, non-invasive complementary therapies suitable for most people. As with any complementary approach, it's a good idea to check with a healthcare professional first if you have a specific medical condition or are pregnant.
-
Not necessarily. All of our therapies are available as distance sessions over phone or Zoom, as well as in person. Energy work isn't limited by geography, so a distance session carries the same benefits as an in-person one — I connect with your energy remotely, following the same process as I would in the room, while you simply relax at home. We'll start with a short chat about what you're hoping for, then move into the session itself, whether that's over the phone, on Zoom, or in person. Many clients choose a mix of in-person and distance sessions to suit what works for them, while others prefer distance sessions throughout.

These therapies may support general wellbeing across physical, nutritional, mental and emotional areas — including relaxation, energy levels, and everyday balance. They work well as a complement to conventional care rather than a substitute for it.

If you're not sure where to start, get in touch for a chat — I'm happy to talk through what you're hoping for and suggest the best fit. It can also help to read through the individual therapy blogs linked above, as many clients find a combination of therapies works best for them.
